The 4 bedroom, ground floor of this large two storey house is called "Beaches" has 3 Master Queen sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite.
The 4th is a large bedroom with 2 single beds. The second bathroom and separate toilet completes the sleeping area for Beaches.
A good sized family and dining room, plus the comfortable lounge with leather sofas, TV & DVD player and Play Station 2 . Extra seating in the sun room and family room can easily accommodate the larger families or groups in reverse cycle airconditioned comfort.
Look out onto the rear paved patio area from the well equipped kitchen. This area is great for entertaining on those warm summer nights in the newly installed swimming pool, complete with BBQ,outdoor table & chairs. (The swimming pool is private and is for the sole use of 'Beaches' guests).
